Service Description

This is a great event highlight package we will record for up to 2 hours. You will receive a highlight video tour of up to 1-3 mins with music, text and editing. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refunds of Services Should you need to cancel our services and receive a refund, we charge a $25 refund fee as that is what we are charged to do a refund through our system. If cancelling the week of we can offer a credit towards another service or reschedule. No refunds when cancelling the week of since we will not have time to fill the schedule that your appointment was taking up. If rescheduling more than two times we will have to add on a $30 reschedule fee for the third reschedule. Cancellation and Refund of Studio Booking When cancelling a booking for studio/venue rental, we can only refund half of your paid rental price. This is to recover from the loss of not being able to book that time slot to other clients and for any preparations we do ahead of time. Studio/Venue Booking Cleaning Deposit of $150 The Owner shall return to Renter the security deposit minus any amounts deemed necessary to repair damages inflicted upon the venue by Renter and/or Renter’s associates, guests, invitees, contractors, and all other persons whatsoever who enter the venue during the rental period, whether or not such persons did so with Renter’s knowledge or consent. Renter shall remove all personal property, trash, and other items that were not present in the venue when Renter took control of it. Copyright The copyright of footage remains with the videographer/Photographer . The Videographer grants the Clients permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions. The video/photo taken by the Videographer/photographer are for personal use by the Clients and their friends and relatives. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of videos/photos is not allowed without prior written permission from the Videographer/Photographer. Model Release The Clients grant the Videographer/Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the videos/Photos of the Clients for editorial, competition, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the videos/Photos without restriction; and to copyright the video/Photos. The Clients hereby release the Videographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the images.
